EXCHANGE

RETURNS
1. We accept product returns. The customer has the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the product is delivered. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the correct return's address.
2. Custom orders or personalized products are not entitled to a 14-day refund. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

REFUNDS

ORDER CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you notify us of the refund information within 24 hours, we will charge $1.5 for the operation fee required by the payment channel; if it exceeds 24 hours, we will charge a 15% loss fee. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
