We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.

Cancellation of the order
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, 1.5 GBP will be deducted. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us through email. For orders canceled 24 hours after purchase but before shipment, a cancellation fee of 15% will apply. If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept a cancellation request.
